Top Health and Fitness Apps on Android in Costa Rica: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, Costa Rica's Android market for health and fitness apps saw significant activity among the top five applications. Here's a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

EDUS maintained a robust download rate throughout the quarter, peaking at 8.8K in early February. The app also saw a remarkable rise in weekly active users, from 345K at the start of the quarter to around 444K by the end.

Heartwell Tracker experienced fluctuating download numbers, with a notable increase to 5.7K in early March. Active users showed a steady climb, reaching up to 7.9K in mid-March.

Flo Ovulation & Period Tracker achieved consistent weekly revenue, with a high of $900 in March. Downloads decreased over the quarter, starting at 2.9K and ending around 1K. However, active users grew steadily, closing the quarter at over 50K.

Blood Sugar - Blood Pressure saw a gradual decline in downloads, from 2.4K at the beginning to around 700 by the end of March. Active users also decreased slightly but remained above 5K throughout.

Finally, Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) maintained steady download numbers, with a slight uptick in early February to 2.3K. Weekly active users consistently increased, reaching approximately 25.4K by the end of the quarter.
